Hyperlinks to Swapstream's Web Site are permitted provided that the link provides a mutually beneficial business benefit.  If this benefit does not exist, CME and Swapstream reserve the right to request that the link to Swapstream's Web Site be removed in a timely manner.

Placing Electronic Copies of Swapstream Brand Features on a non-Swapstream Web Site

All specific uses of any Swapstream Brand Features (including Swapstream Logos, Swapstream images, Swapstream advertising), etc... must be approved in advance by CME and Swapstream. You may request approval by contacting CME Corporate Communications at news@cme.com, (312) 930-3434 or Chicago Mercantile Exchange Corporate Communications, 20 South Wacker Drive, 8 South, Chicago, IL 60606. You also must also include complete samples of each proposed use. CME and Swapstream will typically review the request and respond within ten (10) business days, but is under no obligation to respond. You may not use Brand Features unless and until CME and/or Swapstream  has granted its specific approval and any and all conditions of such approval have been fulfilled by the Licensee.

Framing Pages on www.swapstream.com

The framing of pages on www.swapstream.com must be approved in advance by CME and Swapstream.  You may request approval by contacting CME at info@cme.com, (800) 331-3332 or Chicago Mercantile Exchange Internet Marketing, 20 South Wacker Drive, 8 South, Chicago, IL 60606.
